TSPA has organized several community spaces and opportunities to connect, network and build community. Below, you'll also find a list of community-led events and activities. These are powered by TSPA community members who volunteer their time to propose, organize, and lead them. Meet up with a buddy, check out a community meetup lunch, or stop by the wellness room for a moment of quiet!
Community Lounge
Location | Pacific Concourse
The Community Lounge is a space designed for casual connections and friendly interactions. Here, you can unwind, play a variety of games, and chat with fellow attendees in a comfortable environment. Whether you're looking to play a game, share stories over coffee, or simply enjoy some downtime, the Community Lounge offers the perfect setting to hang out.
The T&S Community Zine Project

Working in Trust & Safety can be lonely and isolating, but it doesn't have to be that way! In this project, you-- the TrustCon community-- will share words of support and advice with each other. You can share thoughts that are heartfelt, snarky, practical, hopeful, silly... whatever helps you get through the day might help someone else, too. We'll display your notes at TrustCon, and then compile them into a unique digital and physical zine which the whole Trust & Safety community can access any time they need a pick-me-up.
Wellness Room

The Wellness Room is a quiet haven designed to offer a moment of peace during a naturally stimulating environment like TrustCon. Equipped with coloring books, soft seating, natural light, and individual activities like journaling, meditation, and gentle yoga, this serene space is dedicated to your well-being. Here, you can relax, practice mindfulness, and engage in self-care. Please note: The Wellness Room is designed to be noise and conversation free. We ask you refrain from meetings, conversations, or playing your own music out loud in this space.
Recharge Room
Location | Garden Room A (Lobby Level)
Need to respond to a few emails, work an escalation, or run through your slides? The Recharge Room is reserved for quiet, individual work. It's equipped with power and desks. Please note: The Recharge Room is designed to be noise and conversation free. We ask you refrain from meetings, conversations, or playing your own music out loud in this space.
TrustCon Buddies
Location | Atrium
TrustCon Buddies is designed to help attendees connect with new people, particularly those attending solo or for the first time. Share your contact information and availability through this form with TSPA before July 12 at 12pm PST, and we will pair you with another attendee who has similar availability. Generally speaking, we will pair new attendees with attendees who have experience at TrustCon or Summits. Once connected, Buddies will be responsible for coordinating to meet for breakfast or lunch. Buddy matching is now closed. If you're interested in a similar activity, we recommend checking out Quick Connections.

Community Meetups
Quick Connections @ TrustCon

Many veteran conference-goers know that the best interaction at a conference is striking up a conversation at the coffee pot. TrustCon Connections takes this interaction and makes it into an intentional activity where attendees can meet each other during a quick, facilitated moment of connection. Participants will rotate from table to table, meeting a variety of people along the way. This activity is intended for both seasoned practitioners looking to expand their network and for newcomers eager to dive into the field.
This dynamic and structured activity is low-pressure and fun, and easier to do than making awkward remarks about the bad conference coffee (except at TrustCon - our conference coffee is delicious!). Join in to make connections and get to know other practitioners! Limited to 30 participants.

TSPA’s Coffee Chats program offers one-on-one mentoring sessions designed to empower current and aspiring trust and safety professionals through insightful conversations with experienced volunteers. Our hosts generously share their expertise, offering tailored advice and guidance across all aspects of Trust and Safety. T&S Coffee Chat is offered virtually year-round.
At TrustCon, we bring this virtual experience into real life. Coffee Chat hosts will meet with attendees for coffee. Attendees can sign up to spend 15 minutes with a Coffee Chat host, where they can chat about anything, from career goals to T&S questions and issues. Coffee Chats are first-come-first-serve at designated times on Monday and Tuesday. This program is available virtually all year around!
Red Teaming Lunch Meetup
