There are an overwhelming number of competing elements of trust. It can be challenging to juggle priorities. It requires balancing multiple stakeholder perspectives, including customers/users, regulators, and the companies that are developing and deploying technology. This workshop provides a hands-on tool and structured process for taking a lengthy brainstorm list of trust elements and conducting a triage and consensus-building exercise from multiple stakeholder perspectives. Using examples such as Robot Vacuums and ChatPGT, this creative, collaborative, interactive, (and fun!) process quickly results in discovering primary and secondary priorities to be addressed. The resulting Tapestry of Trust can be used to provide vision and direction to teams responsible for implementation, making the abstract more actionable.
This workshop is open to all TrustCon attendees except press. Recording and social media posts will be prohibited.
