Toby Shulruff works at the nexus of technology, people, and planet to build our collective capacity to understand, make choices about, and ultimately shape the technologies and systems that are woven into the fabric of our lives. Ms. Shulruff began her work in the field of gender-based violence in 1997, and she holds a Master of Science in Public Interest Technology from Arizona State University. Her research includes the evolution of the Trust & Safety field, the privacy and safety of everyday and emerging technologies, and the role of Public Interest Technology in global futures.
