Osmar is a 30 year veteran in the Contact Center industry, currently serving as Vice President of USA Operations for Webhelp where he has brought his expertise in operations to Content Moderation with millions of pieces of moderation completed by the Gamechangers in his organization. Osmar has planned, launched, and managed the long-term success of eleven diverse Contact Centers across multiple geographies including on-site, Hybrid and remote teams handling multichannel, voice, messaging, chat, social media and content moderation operations.
Osmar has received industry, state, and company awards for employee satisfaction and technology achievements including Call Center of the year from Call Center Magazine and is often referred to as the Master Jedi of Contact Center by his teams.
