Shubhi is a graduate of the Master of Public Policy programme at UC Berkeley with specialisation in technology policy. Her interests are at the intersection of regulatory governance, platform integrity and elections. Shubhi previously designed scalable policies for the Government of India to standardise learning outcomes in vocational education, a policy that is currently impacting 10 million people daily. She also has extensive election campaigning experience, using social media to garner the electoral support for politicians. Shubhi is a Computer Science Engineer by training and brings a policy led design thinking approach to technological solutions.
