Reid Yokoyama is the Head of Operations, Americas for ByteDance's Trust & Safety Team. His team is responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment on ByteDance for creators to express themselves and users to have fun by leading content moderation teams covering the Americas region.

Reid previously worked at Google for over 10+ years building out and managing Trust & Safety operations teams. Reid is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.
