Lucia is the Head of Trust & Safety Solutions for Cinder Technologies, where she plays a hybrid customer success and product role. She splits her time between building out Cinder’s centralized platform for Trust & Safety operations and helping customers navigate complex safety challenges across a wide range of industries. Prior to Cinder, Lucia was the Chief Community Officer at Hinge, where she spent nearly a decade building out Trust & Safety and Customer Experience.
