Isabelle Arnson is a Senior Policy Analyst at Tech Against Terrorism. She leads Tech Against Terrorism Europe, an EU-funded consortium designed to support small tech platforms in understanding and complying with EU TCO regulation on the dissemination of terrorist content online. She works on Tech Against Terrorism’s Mentorship Programme to directly advise tech platforms in developing effective and human rights compliant counterterrorism policies and content moderation processes. She holds an MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London and her undergraduate degree from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
