James Alexander is a proven leader in Trust & Safety Policy, Product and Operations supporting large international communities from Twitter to Wikipedia. As the Wikimedia Foundations first T&S employee he built their first payment fraud systems, NCMEC reporting and DMCA tools alongside the creation and overhaul of global policies and procedures for user safety across all of their platforms. At Twitter he led their enforcement and tooling work for Live and On Demand images, audio and video as well as illegal content and copyright before moving to lead their tooling and safety platform teams.
