Description:
This year, TSPA will launch the Investigations, Intelligence, and Risk Mitigation Curriculum that contains an industry-wide overview of how Trust and Safety investigations and teams operate, and how they empower an organization to handle detected and reported abuse effectively. As abuse types evolve and operate larger at scale, it's imperative for investigators and leaders to learn how to create adaptable processes that evolve with changing threats and business needs. This workshop will highlight key points from the upcoming curriculum and let attendees practice developing investigative best practices in a live group setting.
Goals:
1. Have attendees learn how to plan out an investigative strategy and process
2. Get attendees to learn how to set up investigation reports and metrics for making various business proposals and product changes
Intended audience: Those new to Trust and Safety investigations but not new to Trust and Safety, such as early/mid level T&S professionals and managers in developing or maturing T&S organizations. This workshop is open to all TrustCon attendees except press. Chatham House Rule will apply, and recording and social media posts will be prohibited.
