Lisa and her team have been responsible for turning new regulation into actionable compliance goals for the organisation. Prior to joining TikTok, Lisa was a legal director in the telecommunications and aviation sectors, focusing on consumer law and regulation. Lisa originally trained as a litigator in a boutique media law firm and has over 20 years experience in house advising business leaders on how to navigate some of the most topical and impactful risks of our modern world.
