Henriette Cramer is the co-founder of PaperMoon.AI, an AI quality and safety startup based in San Francisco. She has extensive experience in recommender, search, (ro)bot, voice and advertising product and research. Prior, she was the Director of Algorithmic Impact and Responsibility at Spotify, where she assessed the impact of data and Machine Learning decisions in music and podcasting, and translated abstract calls to action into concrete practice.
