Orissa is an experienced systems consultant and assessor of tech and human rights impacts on vulnerable populations. She brings expertise in AI, child rights, systemic risk assessments and responsible deployment of emerging technologies. As part of BSR's tech and human rights team, Orissa works with large companies and global NGOs to evaluate the impacts of technology products, and recommend strategies to mitigate adverse impacts. Prior to BSR, she worked with startups and in community development.
