Gabe is a strategic user experience (UX) researcher who specializes in bringing human-centered design to technical product spaces. In his roles on Meta’s Responsibility & Privacy (Ads), Responsible Innovation, and Reliability (Enterprise Products) teams, he’s performed both internally and externally facing Trust & Safety projects – improving responsible tech & compliance practices, and guiding product design direction.

He is a member of the Integrity Institute and their Youth Working Group, and is currently on contract leading operator research on Microsoft Viva Connections. Gabe has served as a responsible tech mentor with All Tech is Human since 2022, where he provides an open and safe place for incoming responsible tech practitioners to discuss the realities of the industry, and shares practical advice on breaking in and succeeding in their careers.
