Ayisha Irfan is a social change and public policy professional. With over 13 years of experience in legislative advocacy, community organizing, and policy analysis, she has led successful equity oriented issue-based campaigns on education, criminal justice, immigration, and police reform.
In her four years at Airbnb she helped found and led the Muslim Employee Resource Group, where employees organized around Airbnb listings in the West Bank and Xinjiang.
