Tina is a Software Engineer at Cinder, where she is the Team Lead for the Product Engineering team. With experience in the Trust and Safety industry, Tina has made significant contributions to enhancing online safety and improving operational efficiency.

At Cinder, Tina played a pivotal role in building the NCMEC integration, which streamlines the automated reporting of child safety materials to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). She also developed Cinder's QA suite, a comprehensive tool designed to enhance moderator performance and review accuracy, incorporating features such as golden sets and multi-review functionalities.

Tina is passionate about making the world a better place and is dedicated to leveraging her technical skills to contribute to socially impactful projects. TrustCon 2024 marks her debut as a conference speaker, where she looks forward to sharing her insights and experiences in the Trust and Safety domain.
