At Indeed, I launched, led, and grew a global program to integrate Responsible AI practices into machine learning development. Currently, I lead a global team of data and research scientists for Trust & Safety at Spotify, using data and insights to inform how Spotify measures and evaluates content moderation and safety of emerging technologies.
