Mackenzie is TikTok's Global Head of Incident Management, where she is responsible for addressing emerging content issues and incidents on TikTok affecting our users worldwide. Prior to this role, Mackenzie led the Integrity Product Team at TikTok, where she built detection, moderation, and user-facing products to help address misinformation, election integrity, and harmful AI-Generated content on the platform.

Mackenzie started her career in management consulting before joining Meta (Facebook), where she tackled crises head-on and later helped build the mechanism for which the company prepared for and responded to major incidents during global elections, natural disasters, and civil unrest events.

Mackenzie graduated from Claremont McKenna College and is an avid mountain and large-dog lover. She enjoys adventures that involve backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and white water packrafting.
