Kevin Frazier is an Assistant Professor at St. Thomas University College of Law. He also serves as a Director of the Center for Law and AI Risk. Frazier's research explores regulatory and constitutional design--in other words, how to create durable and responsive legal frameworks for emerging problems. His experience working on Google's Legal Investigation Support Team, clerking for the Montana Supreme Court, and lobbying the Oregon State Legislature informs this research. Frazier is a proud graduate of the UC Berkeley School of Law, Harvard Kennedy School, and University of Oregon.
