Melissa has spent nearly 20 years combating the online sexual exploitation of children as a victim identification analyst, product manager, and researcher. In her current role, she serves as a subject matter expert and drives strategic research examining emerging threats and trends in online exploitation. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan and a master’s in forensic science from George Washington University.
