Sara enjoys handling complex legal and policy issues related to online content moderation, and has 12 years of experience as an attorney specializing in internet intermediary liability, UGC moderation, IP, and online safety. She is a passionate advocate for online safety and is committed to creating safe and positive online spaces. In her previous role as Director of IP & Content at Pinterest, she spearheaded the creation of a robust transparency reporting program and was responsible for developing and implementing business-savvy, effective trust and safety programs that addressed user safety and IP concerns in the face of rapidly evolving international law.
Before joining Pinterest, Sara worked at eBay, the Stanford Center for Internet and Society, Harvard's Berkman Center, CodeX, the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati, where she specialized in Internet strategy and litigation.
Sara is a member of the New York and California Bar Associations.
