TSPA’s Coffee Chats program offers one-on-one mentoring sessions designed to empower current and aspiring trust and safety professionals through insightful conversations with experienced volunteers. Our hosts generously share their expertise, offering tailored advice and guidance across all aspects of Trust and Safety. 

At TrustCon, we bring this virtual experience into real life. Coffee Chat hosts will meet with attendees for coffee. Attendees can sign up in person to spend 15 minutes with a Coffee Chat host, where they can chat about anything, from career goals to T&S questions and issues. Coffee Chats are first-come-first-serve at designated times on Monday and Tuesday. This program is available virtually all year around!

• Hosts are not conducting formal interviews, offering referrals, providing product feedback, fielding sales pitches, participating in interviews and/or user research, and/or acting on behalf of their employers or TSPA. If you schedule time and you’re not a current or aspiring T&S professional, a host reserves the right to cancel the appointment without notice.
