Prasanna is a product manager with a diverse background in Trust and Safety. Throughout her career, she has worked with third-party organizations via consulting and T&S solutions startups, providing expertise in operationalizing policies, implementing scalable systems and processes, and developing content classifiers and abuse metric dashboards.

With her experience across Trust Lab and Accenture, Prasanna has gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by various platforms, including those centered around user-generated content as well as platforms grappling with online-to-offline abuse. She's passionate about mentoring folks new to the field and convincing you that "everything is a moderation problem" if you don't already believe it.
