With over 16 years of experience in developing and leading Trust & Safety teams across various platforms—including Google, Flickr, Twitter, Uber, DigitalOcean, and TikTok—Eric has honed a comprehensive skill set. His diverse background spans sales & customer service, supply chain management, incident management, disaster support, and IT service desk operations.

Eric is a subject matter expert in managing teams and priorities related to operations (such as content moderation, quality, and training), product and content policy, strategy & analytics, legal policy & risk management, and threat discovery & adversarial prevention.

Currently, Eric serves as the Global VP of Trust & Safety at Genpact. In this role, he leads a team that transforms client requests, problems, or concepts into operational realities. Eric and his team leverage their extensive knowledge of best practices in the Trust & Safety space to make informed decisions and propose effective solutions.
