Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Intellectual Property Operations at Roblox, Courtney is focused on building a world-class intellectual property program that prioritizes the needs of rights holders while fostering sustainable and compliant creativity and innovation among Roblox developers. Courtney previously held the role of Senior Manager of Legal Response and Enforcement at Etsy, where she led intellectual property enforcement, legal response, and privacy operations. Prior to her tenure at Etsy, she made significant contributions to the Legal Policy and Legal Takedown Operations at Twitter and Meta, respectively.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University and holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Western Michigan-Thomas M.
