After working at Google on Ads transparency and controls, including Why this Ad? and Advertiser disclosures, Sophie joined Roblox where she revamped and strengthened the Reactive Moderation and Reporting features. Sophie is now working on Roblox's user communication tools. She brings her knowledge of T&S to a new domain, where she can put in practice her belief that the long term success of a product includes users feeling safe, respected and in-control.
