With two BAs from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology, Suzannah chose work in Trust & Safety because she cares deeply about preventing online harm and making digital community spaces safer. Her 5+ years in the T&S space have been spent supporting various content types including e-commerce, ad review, user authentication, user-generated content, sensitive/egregious content, labeling, AI, language models, and more. In addition to Content & Platform Policy, she has also held T&S roles in training, quality, and change management. She specializes in managing global teams and policy analysis.
