Emily is an emotion and relationship researcher. As the VP of Research at Hinge, she is passionate about using mixed-method research approaches to make dating easier, more compassionate, and authentic for all. At Hinge she leads the research org spanning growth, core experience, trust & safety, and strategic central insights. She earned her PhD in Human Development & Social Policy and MS in Statistics from Northwestern University, where she focused on well-being in relationships across the lifespan.
