Phil Brennan is on of the co-founder of Cinder, a leading Trust & Safety operations platform, backed by Y Combinator and Accel. Before Cinder, he was a manager for Trust & Safety investigations at Facebook, where he also built their premier intelligence program. Earlier in his career he led counterinsurgency and counterterrorism teams at the Central Intelligence Agency, was Iraq Country Director at the Pentagon, worked for the National Security Council, and spent a lot of time in the Middle East.
