Melanie Kong is a Senior Manager of Operations within the Trust and Safety Global Scaled Operations team at Roblox. Over the last 5 years, Melanie has led the Global Vendor Management Program, responsible for overseeing multiple vendors, launching new languages & sites and growing the workforce to support the Roblox community. Melanie is proud of the successful vendor partnerships she has built and is excited to share her experience and best practices with others in the T&S community.
