Inge has worked in Trust & Safety throughout the US, Ireland and in recent years has moved to her home country of the Netherlands where she leads the Community Integrity and Operations department at Booking.com, the world’s number one online travel agent. Her team is responsible for content moderation, policy development, ensuring transparency and global content regulation implementation.

Previously, she worked for Facebook (now Meta) in the Business Integrity department, responsible for developing policies and processes to ensure Facebook was not being used to facilitate financial harm. Prior to that, she worked at Google where she worked in Legal Operations as the Northern European legal removals lead and leading programs for child safety and counter abuse.

As a Trust & Safety practitioner she is passionate about platform regulation, enforcement, the development of content policies and processes and setting up a strategy for efficient and principled content moderation.
