Paul has led Trust & Safety teams & initiatives for some of the most well-known gaming platforms & franchises in the world. As Director of Player Safety at Electronic Arts, Paul leads a nimble team of product managers guiding EA’s strategy for ensuring players & fans have safe and welcoming experiences across its games. Prior to joining EA, Paul led similar teams at Riot Games & at Xbox and has partnered closely across a variety of disciplines including legal, operations, policy, design, technology, PR/brand, and support.
