Andy Diep is an SF native with a background rooted deeply in community work. Before joining Discord, his career largely focused on restorative juvenile justice, community organizing and advocacy, housing justice, and teen enrichment and capacity building. He now leverages his experience to ensure tech companies build ethically. Andy started his Trust & Safety career at Discord as a Trust & Safety Analyst and now currently leads the Product Policy team, which he built from the ground up, where he and his team have created Discord's first Safety by Design Process.
