Professionally trained as a psychologist and data scientist, Dr. Irene Huang considers herself as a mixed-method research lead capable of leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform business decisions.

As an academic researcher, she is well recognized in the field of suicide prevention, having published over 21 academic articles with over 3,000 citations. As a research director in industry settings, Dr. Huang specializes in user experience research as well as wellness intervention research.

Dr. Huang currently heads the Division of Research for Wellness and Resiliency at TaskUs. She is passionate about leading a global team of researchers and data scientists to ensure a safer internet for all users.
