Jean is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, specializing in the treatment of trauma. She has worked in community mental health centers, inpatient facilities, non-profit agencies, and extensively with active duty military members and the veteran population. Jean has advanced training in innovative neuroscience-based treatment modalities such as Rapid Resolution Therapy, The Cortina Method, Play the Brain for Change, etc. which brings about rapid, painless, lasting resolution of the negative effects of trauma. She has expertise in clinical intervention, program development, wellness needs assessment, and mentoring other clinicians. In her role at TaskUs, Jean leads the wellness department in North America, Latin America, and Europe, ensuring comprehensive and innovative programming to protect brain health and enhance the wellness of front-line workers in Trust and Safety.
