Name
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Data Informed Approach to Wellbeing of Content Moderators
Description

Data-informed decisions and a proactive lens is fundamental towards our approach to wellbeing for the Trust and Safety industry. The foundational goal is to proactively surface any potential psychological distress of content moderators and provide timely and customized (person centered) interventions. A multi-pronged approach that focusses on the preventive, curative and promotive aspects and mapped against the employee life cycle is critical to ensuring this preemptive risk reduction of distress. Wellbeing interventions are grounded in the occupational and psychological safety and health model, designed using evidence-based research and practice knowledge, and incorporate consistent feedback loops and data insights. This session will provide an overview of a variety of inbuilt processes to promote content moderator wellbeing and reduce distress using predictive analysis and AI based trackers.
