In order to truly innovate in the wellness space, Concentrix has provided their entire content moderator workforce with access to KeepAppy, a mental wellness app that contains a comprehensive suite of practical data-driven features and tailors recommendations to users. Our app has made a significant positive impact on wellbeing by improving access to preventative wellness tools. The app has seen an impressive 12% retention rate amongst users, compared to the 3% retention rate of standard wellness apps. This is a testament to the power of providing access to critical support and the impact it can have on personalised relevant care.
