Description
In this lightning talk I am going to cover how we built a cross functional team and equipped with the right tools and processes for scaling T&S teams at Booking.com. The first step involved building the right tech to assist T&S analysts in their decision making. Secondly, we used robust taxonomy to determine and classify high value cases that need T&S analysts attention. Thirdly, we used machine learning models to surface crucial data points or drawing patterns of misdemeanour at the property.
Lightning talks are 5-7 minute talks grouped with other 5-7 minute talks across a 50 minute session. There will be time for Q&A after all of the lightning talks in a session.
