Safety professionals are a vital part of a platform's efforts to take effective action against violative content and accounts, and help provide the context that is often needed to make content moderation decisions. Taking care of the people who take care of any online community is a critically important responsibility. And this talk TikTok representative Miriah Steiger will share TikTok's approach to promoting a caring environment for its trust and safety professionals.
