Description
I teach Trust and Safety professionals how to understand the communities their young users come from to make responsible technologies. With two years of research experience at Google[x] and the UCLA Institute for Technology, Law, and Policy, I have trained over 20 people on how to design human-centered tech policies through conducting community-based research. I will teach integrity professionals at TrustCon about my self-initiated Human Experience (HX) study that analyzes 25 participants ages 14 to 31 to understand social media’s impact on young people.
