OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company. Our mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. This presentation will discuss methods for incorporating advances in AI, specifically generative and text embedding models, into content analysis for T&S. Embeddings-based approaches have applications in T&S operations as well as for system-level analysis. Examples include: more flexible search tools for identifying content, anomaly detection to surface new forms of content, characterizing/visualizing platform trends, and identifying clusters of similar behaviour as candidates for coordinated abuse. This presentation will have technical elements, but is aimed at practitioners without previous experience in AI.
