Expect a hotel room in San Francisco to range from $200-400 per night. Getting Here & Around
Airports
San Francisco is easily accessible by all three of the Bay Area's major airports. San Francisco (SFO) is about 14.5 miles from the hotel, Oakland (OAK) is about 20 miles from the hotel, and San Jose (SJC) is about 52 miles from the hotel.
Local Transportation
SFO and OAK are both served by BART (subway). There is a Bart stop (Embarcadero Station) 2 blocks from the hotel. Taxis, ride shares (such as Uber or Lyft) are also available. Other public transportation options to the hotel include the San Francisco Bay Ferry (Downtown San Francisco Ferry Terminal) and the San Francisco Muni (bus) system.

Invitation, Support, Visa Letters

In some cases, your registration receipt may be enough proof that you are attending the conference. However, if you need an official invitation letter, you can request one.
First, register to attend the conference. Then request an invitation letter. (The request form will be available soon.) Invitation letters will be provided 3-5 business days after you have submitted your request.
