Your registration fee gives you access to all 3 days of the conference, including sessions, meals and breaks, reception, and other activities.
*Members and nonmembers who register during early-bird and standard price registration and are later accepted as speakers will receive a refund for the difference in pricing.

What you need to know
- Registration is only available in person, on site. TSPA cannot hold, reserve, or waitlist spots.
- Onsite registration is available until we reach capacity. If we reach capacity, we'll announce it on this page, check back before you head over if you're unsure.
- The latebird rate applies to onsite registration and must be paid at the time of registration. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment.
- Members must be active as of July 6 to qualify for the membership rate. We cannot process new memberships or renewals on site.
- Each attendee must register themselves, registering on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
- We recommend arriving early and allowing 10–15 minutes to complete onsite registration,

Speaker Registration
As a confirmed speaker for TrustCon, you will receive complimentary registration for the day(s) you are presenting. If you wish to attend the full conference, including the days you will not be presenting, the registration fee is listed above. (The fee is the same for both members and non-members.)
Discounts, Scholarships, and Financial Assistance
We try to make TrustCon as accessible as we can. To reduce costs for some attendees, we offer the following discounts and financial assistance.
Membership Rate
Members of TSPA can register at the member registration price, which is a $600 discount from the standard price. To receive this rate, you’ll need to register for TrustCon using the email address you use to log into the TSPA member portal. If you are unsure of which email address that is, please contact TSPA.
If want to become a member or you believe you are a TSPA member but do not have an activated profile in the TSPA member portal, you will need to (1) apply to become a member, (2) be approved for membership, and (3) activate your member profile. Please note that it takes about 1 week to process your application and about 1 week after you have activated your member account before you can register at the member rate. To secure the membership price, make sure you apply and activate your membership account by the dates below. Contact TSPA if you have any questions.

Discounts
We are offering registration discounts for the following groups of individuals. Discounts will automatically be applied as part of your registration based on your responses. Please note that you cannot stack discounts. Discount codes are only valid for the intended recipient and are non-transferable.
Students - Students who are currently enrolled in post-secondary education will receive a 50% discount.
Middle- to Low-Income Countries - Residents of low and middle-income country, as designated by the World Bank, will receive a 50% discount.
T&S Professional Who's Been Laid Off - If you are a T&S professional who has been laid off within the past year (since July 2025), you will be eligible for a 50% discount. (This only applies to T&S professionals, and you will need to be unemployed at the time of registration.)
Non-Profit | Academia | Government - If you work for a non-profit organization, academic institution, or a government, you can receive a 25% discount.
TrustCon Program Committee - If you volunteered as a TrustCon Program Committee member for this year's program, you will receive a 50% discount. This is not an automatic discount; you will receive registration instructions through email.
Financial Assistance | Scholarships - Application Closed
Each year, we offer scholarships to attendees who need financial assistance. We will be prioritizing front-line professionals, content moderators, TrustCon 2026 speakers, and TSPA members. However, we encourage anyone who needs assistance to apply.
Scholarship options include support for the registration fee, hotel accommodations up to 4 nights, and an airfare stipend up to $500 for domestic travel or $800 for international travel. Please select only the support you genuinely need. Your ability to also contribute financially will enable us to extend scholarships to a greater number of individuals.
The scholarship application deadline is April 30. Decisions will be sent by May 7. Scholarships must be accepted by May 21 and may be rescinded if the recipient does not accept the scholarship by the deadline.
Complimentary Tickets
Corporate Supporters, Sponsors, Exhibitors
Corporate supporters, sponsors, and exhibitors will receive a set number of complimentary tickets. Instructions on how to register for complimentary tickets will be sent to you by TSPA.
Volunteers, Event Staff
TrustCon volunteers and event staff will also receive complimentary tickets and will be provided with instructions on how to register.
Invitation, Support, Visa Letters
We can provide an invitation letter, which can be used for visa purposes or other documentation purposes. You must register before requesting an invitation letter.
The final deadline for all letter requests is July 8. Requests submitted after this deadline will only be provided at TSPA’s discretion. We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure ample time for your visa application process.
Refunds and Ticket Transfers
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to trustcon@tspa.org. No other forms of communication will be accepted.
- Cancellation requests received before July 8 at 5:00 p.m. PT will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after July 8 at 5:00 p.m. PT but before July 17 at 5:00 p.m. PT will be subject to a $500 late cancellation fee to cover some of the costs incurred.
- No refunds will be issued after July 17 at 5:00 p.m. PT for any reason.
Ticket Transfer Policy
- All transfer requests must be submitted via email to trustcon@tspa.org. No other forms of communication will be accepted. Please include your name and email, and the name and email of the intended recipient.
- Tickets may only be transferred to someone who qualifies for the same registration type (e.g., member, nonmember, speaker, etc.) and the same discounts (e.g., student, country, etc.).
- If the intended recipient does not qualify for the same registration type or discount, you must cancel and request a refund instead.
- No transfers will be permitted after July 17 at 5:00 p.m. PT for any reason.
Please note that sharing name badges at TrustCon is strictly prohibited. For security, everyone at TrustCon (including Vendors and Guests) are required be registered attendees. Per TSPA's code of conduct anyone who attends our events is required to represent themselves authentically. Please do not share your name badge with a colleague or friend.
