Call for Proposal

• Call for proposals opens: December 1, 2025
• Call for proposals deadline: February 23, 2026
• Decision notifications: April 16, 2026

Registration

• Registration opens: January 12, 2026
• Registration closes: July 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT
• Refund deadline: July 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT *please see cancellation policy

Membership Qualification

• February 27: Deadline to apply for membership for Early Bird Rate
• March 6: Deadline to activate your membership to qualify for Early Bird Rate
• May 15: Deadline to apply for membership for Standard Rate
• May 22: Deadline to activate your membership to qualify for Standard Rate
• June 26: Deadline to apply for membership for Late Bird Rate
• July 3: Deadline to activate your membership to qualify for Late Bird Rate

Scholarships

• Application opens: January 12, 2026
• Application closes: April 30, 2026
• Decisions sent: May 7, 2026
• Deadline to accept scholarship: May 21, 2026

Invitation Letter
